ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We’ve proudly been in business for 10 years, growing into a strong team made up of three customer service representatives (two full time and one part time), three full time account representatives, and myself. Our office is a place where hard work and fun go hand in hand. We keep the fridge stocked with sodas and water, the pantry full of snacks, and enjoy team lunches every Friday. Plus, we love to celebrate success — our team earns at least three formal trips each year. In 2023, we went white water rafting in Colorado!

Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through the local Chamber of Commerce and the Hemingway Business District. Giving back is part of our culture — this year we also volunteered at Feed My Starving Children.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adam Doe - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
